Why do kids not love healthy food? The answer is very simple. Because they do not taste as good as junk food which often has additives that include artificial colours to make them look attractive, flavour enhancers and a lot of salt and sugar that appeal to the palate. Greens, fruits and veggies often fail to compete with pizzas, burgers and ice-creams. However, making kids develop a liking for healthy food is not difficult if we adopt the right approach.
